I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own health expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

We’ll explore your health goals, and challenges, values and strengths. We'll utilize concepts in Integrative Nutrition, and a variety of wellness tools to improve wellbeing and create a plan that works for you.
