Your doctor is unable to offer this type of relationship as you may already know, doctors are trained to mitigate symptoms and don't have the time or the counseling approach that coaching provides. A Nutritionist will prescribe a diet and list of foods to eat and not eat. My method is to give you the latest research on diet and lifestyle so you can discover what works best for you. I will provide a safe supportive environment to pursue your healing in a way that is unique to your goals and needs.
Unlike other approaches to health, I will coach you to explore attainable improvements and integrate gradual changes during our work together. Gradual changes lead to lifelong habits and insights that work collectively to create a much larger impact. We work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation.
